📝 #repost - “Texas Southern University’s Ocean of Soul played alongside Beyonce in her Christmas Day halftime performance. The band director, Brian Simmons, is from New Orleans.

He said several band members and dancers are also from the area, so there was a lot of New Orleans flair front and center.”
