Congratulating Engr. Emeka Maxwell Ani, a graduate of the School of Graduate Studies Doctoral Program at Cavalla International University.

Engr. Ani is a distinguished engineer with over 30 years of experience in design, construction, research, and development, spanning the Energy, Civil, Communication, Marine, and Information Technology sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and an MBA in Oil and Gas from Middlesex University, London. He was later awarded a Professional Doctorate Degree through Validation of Acquired Experience by the City University of Paris, conferred at the House of Lords in Westminster, London.

His international affiliations include Fellowship of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, the Nigerian Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, and membership with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers in New Jersey, USA.

Dr. Kempson introduces Phrantceena Halres, graduate of Cavalla International University's Barclay College of Law, Class of 2026.

Phrantceena's path into law was shaped early by a deep family legacy — her great-grandmother, Essie Adeline Tate, served in the home of Senator Sam J. Ervin, Chair of the historic Watergate Committee, giving Phrantceena a firsthand connection to figures like the Honorable Rufus J. Edmisten, the Watergate Committee's General Counsel. That early exposure to justice and public service carried into a distinguished legal career spanning a prestigious Asheville law firm, Petree Stockton, and North Carolina Central University under Chancellor Julius Chambers, where she helped establish NCCU's Evening Law Program. She went on to gain corporate legal experience with Glaxo Wellcome, Sumitomo, and the North Carolina Attorney General's Office, earning an LSAT score of 172 along the way, and in 1998 founded Judge's Legal Staffing, Inc., a pioneering firm dedicated to diversifying the legal profession across the Research Triangle.
