Driftwood readers, our friends at Son of a Saint are still out here volunteering to held fatherless boys right here in New Orleans. They are always looking for volunteers (you can apply here: https://bit.ly/30keLET) and can always use donations of ground beef, ground turkey, beef patties, peanut butter and/or other nut butters, healthy soups and stews, whole grain breakfast cereals, canned beans, canned vegetables, dry pasta, pasta sauce and canned tomatoes, brown rice or quinoa, crackers, bottled water, juice, non-dairy milk, fruit (apples, oranges, bananas, grapes), frozen fruit, granola bars, instant mashed potatoes, deli meat, nuts, tomato paste, cheese, and potatoes (white, red, and sweet).
