The TSC Foundation, Inc., is dedicated to fostering an environment where young women can transform their lives through golf. Our journey began with a vision to inspire inclusivity in golf, dismantling barriers, and unlocking opportunities for young women from diverse backgrounds. We’ve witnessed how golf transforms lives by instilling discipline, perseverance, and integrity while opening doors to college scholarships, career paths, and lifelong networks of mentors and supporters.

“Be authentic and stay true to who you are and the results will make you — and the people you represent — proud.” — Sadena Parks
Today we honor Sadena Parks, the first African American woman to earn her Tour card through the Symetra Tour and just the fifth African American to earn an LPGA Tour card.
Raised in Washington state, Parks won two events on the Epson Tour in 2014 and the SEFCU Championship at Capital Hills, which helped her finish fourth on the Official Money List and earn LPGA Tour Membership for the 2015 season. Parks most recently competed on the LPGA Tour in 2023, teeing it up that year in The Ascendant LPGA benefiting Volunteers of America in Texas.

“Over time, I’ve learned to set my own standard. Everyone has their own journey and their own purpose in life, so I’m finding mine.” – Cheyenne Woods
Often compared to her famous uncle, Tiger Woods, Cheyenne Woods is a standout in her own right. Cheyenne Woods began playing golf at just five years old and became a decorated, amateur player before beginning her professional career. Woods is a member of the LPGA Tour, the Epson Tour, and the Ladies European Tour and won the Australian Ladies Masters in 2014.
After a hiatus from the sport, Woods has returned to her professional golf career where she continues to be a strong advocate for diversity in golf and representation in sports media.

In honor of Black History Month, we’d like to shed a light on figures who broke barriers in the game of golf.
Today we honor Ann Gregory – the first woman to compete in a national golf championship. Ann Gregory was born in 1912 and began her golf career and formed her legacy during the 1956 U.S. Women’s Amateur, USGA Championship. Gregory was also a pioneer in desegregating her hometown of Gary, Indiana’s public golf course in the 1960s. As the LGPA puts it, “In her relentless pursuit to play the game she loved, Gregory never let racism derail her ambitions to compete in elite tournaments.”
