Bard Early College works in partnership with high schools across the city to embed an undergraduate college within a public high school system
Bard Early College in New Orleans (BECNO) runs two tuition-free, satellite campuses of Bard College within the New Orleans public school system. These Early Colleges enroll 11th and 12th graders as half-time undergraduates, completing the first year of college during the last two years of high school. We are so close to our goal! Can you help?
In only a few short days, our Class of 2026 will walk across the commencement stage with two degrees in hand, a high school diploma AND a Bard College Associate of Arts Degree. Many of them will transfer to their next 4-year institution as COLLEGE-LEVEL JUNIORS.
