Afterschool at McGehee

Another summer at Camp McGehee is in the books. We loved seeing campers spend their days learning, exploring, and making memories together.

Camp McGehee campers shared their creativity and talents during Friday Showcase. From aerial arts to singing and acting, campers had the opportunity to perform and celebrate their hard work with friends and family.

A big thank you to our Camp McGehee counselors for a great summer. We appreciate all the energy, care, and fun you brought to camp each day.

Hands-on learning in action. Campers created "Super Gallons" to explore measurements and see how different units relate in a visual, interactive way.

Dusty sneakers, big swings, and even bigger cheers. Kickball is a camp favorite out on the green grass.

Some days just call for hula hoops and big summer energy. Campers and counselors have been spinning, laughing, and seeing who can keep it going the longest.

Sun-soaked days, nonstop laughter, and a whole lot of camp magic. Summer is officially in full swing at Camp McGehee.

Session 3 of Music Jam at Camp McGehee brings the sounds of New Orleans to camp. Guest artist Robin Barnes joins campers as they sing, move, groove, and play instruments with working musicians. The session ends with a live finale performance on stage.
