At Rooted School, our motto is more than words. It’s what we see in our students every day 💚

Walk through our classrooms, meet our students, and you’ll see the drive, determination, and ambition that bring this vision to life.

Our students aren’t just preparing for what comes after high school. They’re actively building their futures, earning college credits, gaining real-world experience, and working toward meaningful opportunities before they even graduate 💪

Celebrating our students and the opportunities that help them grow! 🧪

Rooted School was proud to be part of the NORD Teen Council STEM Competition & Tech Giveaway, where young leaders from across New Orleans came together to compete, learn, and put their STEM skills to the test.

We love creating opportunities for students to explore their interests, challenge themselves, and see what they’re capable of.

Big ideas start with curiosity 🔬💚

A close-knit school community can change a student's entire high school experience 💚

At Rooted School, our students have the opportunity to build strong relationships with their teachers and classmates while learning in an environment where they feel comfortable asking questions, getting support, and staying focused on their goals.

For our students, having teachers who know them and are there to support them make all the difference.

Hear one of our students share what she enjoys most about being part of the Rooted community, and how a smaller school environment has helped her stay focused throughout high school 📚
