The greatest mystery in human history may be what awaits us when we leave this physical life behind. Across religions, collective consciousness, and entire civilizations, humanity has returned again and again to this profound question. My Spirit friends assure me that no one makes the passage alone; those we love in Spirit come forward to greet us, comfort us, and support us through the transition. The experience of releasing the organic body is unique to each soul, shaped by one’s beliefs, the circumstances of passing, and the life one has lived. I find deep comfort in imagining that my relatives, friends, guides, and beloved animals in Spirit will be there to welcome me and accompany me into the next journey.

I believe that what awaits us will be beautiful, and that it will gently reveal the answers we have spent our lives seeking. More than that, I believe everything will finally come into focus and make sense. Though each person’s journey is deeply individual, I often find myself reflecting on people’s final words before they pass, because they seem to offer a fleeting glimpse into what that moment may be like.

One of my favorites is attributed to Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple, who is said to have spoken these words just before he passed: “Oh wow, oh wow, oh wow.”

Throughout my time with Spirit, I've met many individuals who, despite facing severe hardships, have demonstrated incredible resilience and kept their hearts pure. They have transformed their pain into motivation to serve others and help them overcome their struggles. I believe this embodies the true purpose of life on earth. Never underestimate the power and strength of the Spirit to endure! We have the capacity to change our lives and outlook with each breath. Nothing can dim your inner divine light. Nothing is insurmountable. I am sincerely grateful for all of you, and it is a true honor to witness each person's journey of growth and evolution.

Sunday, August 9, is the final session of the Trance Mentorship Program, which has been running for the past six months. We want to use our final session for Trance Speaking demonstrations, and we would love for you to join us! Please come and support these brave mediums who have volunteered to demonstrate! There will be about 8 mediums working, so the whole event will probably be about 90 minutes to 2 hours. If you can’t join us for the entire time, please stay as long as you can, but please wait until the medium working is done before you leave. If you come after we begin, I will let you into the room after one medium is done and before the next one begins.

I’m fascinated by power and the choices people make once they have it. Will it be shared generously for the good of all, or squandered on personal interests that feed the ego? Light and power are meant to be shared. Much is expected of those touched by Spirit who hold their power and light here on Earth. Use this power wisely and benevolently.

This journey is far more satisfying when we bring as many people as possible along for the ride.

This has been an energetically taxing month. Nothing horrible, just a lot going on that started me spiraling. So many people in pain and doubt, while the world seems to burn around us. If I am not careful, my mind will start to question whether I am making a difference and what I can do to help. It's an inner-peace thing that needs constant adjustment and my full attention to bring me back into balance. In a way, it's about finding my power and rebuilding my light. This always helps.

Anyway, I was having one of these pity-party moments this weekend when I really asked Spirit to give me a sign that I am helping in some way and to provide me with a bit of encouragement.

This past Saturday, I started a Meditation and Attunement series with a lovely group of people. My process is to allow these meditations to flow organically through me, with a base subject in mind. I record these sessions and post them for people in the class to use again. If I like it, I run the recording through a transcription app to print out the meditation, rerecord it with a better mic, and have it mastered for my meditation store. This has been my process for 2 years. Same mic and software. Nothing changed, nothing new.

As I looked at the document from this last meditation, I started to see "Thank you" printed throughout the text. The odd thing is, I never say "thank you" during my meditations. Maybe once at the end, directed at Spirit, but certainly not over and over.

I will take this as my sign that Spirit sees what I am doing and is encouraging me to keep going. :)

Over the past year, I've been recording my meditations and having them professionally produced and mastered. Honestly, it's been more like two years, with some procrastination, moments of control-freak tendencies, and self-doubt along the way. 🙂

The store offers 50 recorded meditations for Mediumship, Healing, and connecting with the upper realms and your Spirit, now available for download.

I plan to release about 15 of these meditations every month before I officially launch and promote the store in August. I will also continue recording and publishing new content as I can, gradually expanding the material. I welcome any feedback, opinions, or thoughts you might have.
