Today, Southern University at New Orleans joins communities across the nation in commemorating Juneteenth and celebrating the resilience, contributions, and achievements of African Americans throughout history.
In observance of Juneteenth, the University will be closed on Friday, June 19 and will resume normal operations on Monday, June 22.
