🌟 Alumni Spotlight | Congratulations to Museum Studies Alumna Felicia Burse!

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Ms. Felicia Burse, a graduate of our program, on her latest professional achievement!

Felicia was recently selected to participate in the prestigious Harvard Library HBCU Archivist and Librarian Program, where she joined archivists and librarians from Historically Black Colleges and Universities for an intensive week of professional development focused on archival preservation, conservation, digitization, and expanding access to historical collections. This highly competitive program is a partnership between Harvard Library, the HBCU Library Alliance, and the HBCU Digital Library Trust, strengthening the preservation of African American history and institutional archives across HBCUs.

Today, Felicia serves as an archivist at Grambling State University, where she continues to make significant contributions to preserving and sharing our collective cultural heritage. Her accomplishments exemplify the impact that dedicated museum and archival professionals can have on preserving history for future generations.

Congratulations, Felicia! Your SUNO Museum Studies family is proud of your continued success and wishes you many more achievements ahead.
