The Louisiana Biomedical Research Network (LBRN) is excited to announce that we’re gearing up for the 2026 Summer Research Program! We’re giving our community an early heads-up so you can start planning now.

📅 2026 Program Preview (Tentative)
• Target Dates: Late May – Early August 2026
• Eligibility: Undergraduate & Graduate students attending any Louisiana college or university
• Research Locations:
Louisiana State University (Baton Rouge)
LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans
LSU Health Sciences Center Shreveport
Tulane University School of Medicine
Tulane National Primate Research Center
Or your home campus
🌟 NEW for 2026: Faculty Research Program
In addition to our student tracks, we are launching a Faculty Research Program to support collaborative research and professional development across the LBRN network.
💰 Potential Support (Based on 2025)
• $4,000 – Undergraduate stipends
• $6,000 – Graduate stipends
• Up to $19,000 – Faculty awards (based on scope & budget)
• Housing typically provided if required/available
