NOMMA Summer Office Closure:

NOMMA will be closed the week of June 29 – July 5, 2025. Our staff will be taking time to recharge and prepare for another successful school year ahead!

School offices will reopen on Monday, July 6, 2025. We will respond to emails and inquiries as soon as possible upon our return.

Thank you for your understanding, and we hope our NOMMA families have a safe and enjoyable summer! 🌞

Due to anticipated weather conditions in our area, NOMMA will cancel all in-person Summer activities (Summer School, LEAP Remediation, ESY, practices/workouts) for Thursday, June 18. The NOMMA buildings will be closed.

Cadets are encouraged to continue working on credit recovery and LEAP preparation virtually.
This decision is made out of an abundance of caution with the safety of our students, families, and staff as our top priority.
We anticipate resuming normal Summer School operations on Monday, June 22, weather permitting.

As a reminder, NOMMA offices and buildings will also be closed on Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.

Stay safe!

NOMMA cadet leaders had the privilege of spending time with Rear Admiral Koprowski, gaining valuable insights on leadership, service, and the importance of leading with character. We appreciate his willingness to invest in our cadets and learn more about the outstanding work they are doing at NOMMA.

Today, NOMMA was honored to welcome RDML Koprowski to spend time with our cadet leadership team. Thank you for sharing words of wisdom on leadership, service, and perseverance while also taking the time to learn about the incredible things our NOMMA cadets accomplish each day.

Cadets also had the unique opportunity to tour the USS Farragut during Sail 250 New Orleans, gaining valuable insight into naval history, leadership, and maritime operations.

Experiences like these continue to inspire and develop tomorrow's leaders today.
