We extend our deepest gratitude to for selecting CPAA as a recipient of 2025 Community Outreach Tickets. This will allow some of our students the experience of attending the Jazz and Heritage Festival for the first time. We are truly appreciative of the support from the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Foundation. Thank you for helping to create opportunities for our students.

CPAA is thrilled to announce the formation of the Gemz Dance Team. The Gemz Dancers will serve students in the Lafayette, La area. The audition process will not be an instructive process, rather it is an elimination process. The process is designed to expeditiously select the best students for our organization.

The CPAA Sapphires Junior Dance Team, is open to students ages 8-13 that are interested in getting a glimpse into what a dance team is and does. Junior dance is a great way to begin developing skills and technique, interact with high school dancers, and have some opportunities to perform throughout the year! Practices will typically be 2x weekly, and day/time will be determined after the team is formed based around availability as much as possible.

No experience is required, we will train anyone. Our program is open to anyone ages 10 to 23. CPAA is an afterschool arts enrichment program that has transportation available to pick up students. We also offer a homework assistance program. Band rehearsals are held Tuesdays and Saturdays. Please visit our website (www.cpaatitans.org) and complete the online application. Spread the word.
