Stuart Hall School for Boys

Stuart Hall School for Boys All boys, independent, Catholic, and unlike any other school in New Orleans.

Stuart Hall School for Boys is a non-profit private school where boys in PK3 through seventh grade develop intellectually, physically, and spiritually...."Where Good Boys Become Great Men.”

Stuart Hall School is the only school in the greater New Orleans area to offer a Catholic, independent, all-boy education in a traditional, elementary school configuration (PK3-7th). Faith, honor, leadership,

and scholarship are the foundations upon which we build future community leaders who have an unselfish commitment to the service of others. The Stuart Hall School is Roman Catholic in tradition and principle and accepts students without regard to race, color, religion, national, or ethnic origin. Stuart Hall is accredited by the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education and is designated as a Catholic school by the Roman Catholic Church of the Archdiocese of New Orleans. Stuart Hall is also a member of and is accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest and a member of the National Association of Independent
Schools.

Meet our 2026 Spirit of Stuart Hall Honorees: Anne Delery Comarda and Caroline Eppling Wegmann!

For decades, Anne and Caroline have given their time, talents, and hearts to the Stuart Hall community.

From auctions and book fairs to Parents’ Club leadership, classroom activities, Cub Scouts, Great Books, and countless hours of volunteering, both women have helped shape S/H traditions and community.

For Anne, Stuart Hall has come full circle, from a mother who considered the school an extension of her family to now a proud S/H grandmother. For Caroline, Stuart Hall has remained a place of friendship, service, and community since her boys first walked through our doors.

Please join us on Thursday, October 22, at the Audubon Tea Room as we honor Anne and Caroline at the Spirit of Stuart Hall Luncheon.

Tickets are available now at https://bit.ly/4fSr14w.

Our Second Grade boys put their engineering skills to work in science today!

Working with the question, “How could you get more birds to visit a bird feeder?” the boys explored how different bird species have different needs, from the foods they eat to how they like to perch while eating.

With science teacher Mrs. Anclade, each boy then built a prototype bird feeder with a specific bird species in mind.

Our first full week back to school is in the books!

From classroom time to playground time, our Knights have been busy learning and exploring.

Today, we closed out the week by coming together for Mass in celebration of the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

We’re so glad to have our boys back on campus. Here’s to a great year ahead, Knights!

This morning, the Class of 2029 signed the Honor Code Register in the Van Vrancken Chapel.

Stuart Hall boys are called to live according to our four pillars: Scholarship, Leadership, Faith, and Honor. By signing the Honor Code, each boy declared his commitment to uphold these values both in and out of the classroom.

The Honor Code nurtures a collective trust within our school community and creates an environment where, with the help of God, our boys can strive for moral growth and excellence.

Congratulations to the Class of 2029, our newest members of Middle School, on this meaningful tradition! ⚔️
