Flipping' Out
Nathan Dalton and Wayne Curtis take guests on a tour of colonial cocktails with an emphasis on the flip. (For the uninitiated, a flip is a cocktail made by inserting a hot lagerhead into a molasses based mix causing a crystallization). The colonial fun will also includes music, performance art, and of course, costumes. Dalton and Curtis aim to make the world’s largest flip with one very large cauldron and some fire.

New Orleans is a city of experiences-a place where the event is the thing and you have to be there to believe it.
