2015 Spring Residential Program for People Who are Blind or Visually Impaired is scheduled from February 23 to April 24, 2015.

We regret to inform that the Exceptional Entrepreneurs of Louisiana (ExcEL) self-employment training program, funded through Louisiana Rehabilitation Services, has been discontinued due to funding issues.

ExcEL began in 1998, along with financial assistance from La. Rehab. Services, has helped many people with disabilities start their own businesses and, not only become independent of government funded disability benefits, but also had a positive effect on the economic impact within their communities. We will continue our efforts to have this program restored.

UNO TRAC welcomes the students from University of Innsbruck, Austria, who will be residing at the Oliver St. Pe’ Center (the TRAC facility).

Center Austria coordinates this wonderful exchange program on an annual basis. Luckily, this year they will be here for not only the educational enrichment, but the cultural experience of Mardi Gras.
