Your energy is precious. Limiting the accounts you follow limits the time you spend on social. Unfollow or mute accounts that don't serve you. And if someone unfollows you, don't take it personally. Better yet, don't check your followers. It's about them, not you.

Social media can not only be harmful to mental health and job searches. Some people are especially nasty under the guise of an impersonal screen. Be vigilant. Don't tolerate nasty comments, rude DM's, or threats to your safety. Here are a few tips to help block the bullies.
