Originally from Lafayette, LA, Chef Barry brings years of experience in the restaurant industry, specializing in Cajun and Creole classics that celebrate the heart of Louisiana cooking. Inspired by renowned chef Emeril Lagasse, his passion for bold flavors and meaningful food experiences led him straight into the kitchen.
