I had a taste for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread w/pecans. The recipe makes so much. I have no clue what to do with the two big loaves.

Brown's Bakery did this month's baking class a bit different HappyJacs Designs had a private class.
He did an awesome job with the Sticky Buns.
This recipe was a lot of fun. I kept changing the recipe as we baked and they came out delicious. This recipe adds a bit of citrus to the dough which gives it a fun, light flavor that's added to the pecans and sauce.
Our next baking class will be May 21st .

Today was awesome and and Jacob did fantastic with their pizza.
Jacob created the first crawfish, shrimp, olive, spinach, mushroom and pineapple pizza.

The Fortune Cookie class was AWESOME!!!!
It was so good that my Chefs and I ate every cookie as they came out of the oven. was the only one to show restraint and wait to eat them😂.
I truly love teaching these classes and look to YOU at the next one.
