This week, we are excited to welcome the second student association of this semester, the Tulane Muslim Students Association (MSA), to host the Global Cafe. MSA provides a supportive home for Muslim students and works to build understanding of Islam across campus, while welcoming participation from all students.
MSA will bring the experience of henna tattoos, Arabic calligraphy, and sample Middle Eastern candies. It’s a chance to learn more about MSA, connect with others, and enjoy the traditions of Global Café with coffee, donuts, and community.

This week, the Global Cafe is hosted by the Tulane African Student Association (TASA). TASA is dedicated to fostering cultural awareness and mutual understanding across students, faculty, alumni, and staff. While its core membership is students of African descent, TASA warmly welcomes anyone interested in learning about diverse cultures and building a community that feels like a “home away from home.”

The Wave vibe is in full swing at Armstrong New Orleans International Airport today. We were excited to welcome some of Tulane's international students as they set foot in NOLA for the first time. Long international flights can be draining, but our hearts are lifted. Looking forward to seeing you all at the International Orientation Session on Wednesday.

Last Thursday, we celebrated our second NTC International Seniors Ceremony — a truly special moment filled with joy, pride, and deep emotion. Seeing the radiant smiles of our graduating students, alongside the tears and cheers of families and friends who may have traveled over 20 hours just to be here, reminded us how powerful love and support can be across borders.
To our incredible international graduates: thank you for sharing your journeys with us. No matter where life takes you next, may you always carry a piece of New Orleans in your heart.
Once a part of the Tulane Global Community, always a part of the family. We’re already missing you. 💚
