[Postdoc Opportunity]
The Minority Health and Health Equity Research Center at Dillard University in New Orleans and collaborators are looking for a postdoc with both public health quantitative data analysis skills and interest in/experience with community-based participatory work. The postdoc will be a key part of our team for a community-based environmental health justice project in Louisiana, in which we will collaboratively and iteratively analyze health data with Louisiana communities facing environmental health burdens.

February 7th was National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day . Please join us tomorrow Saturday February 11th during our programming series for observation and learning.
We have enough people to read names of those lost to AIDS but we'd love you to come witness between 7 and 9 AM tomorrow, or attend our educational event starting at 9.

UPDATED DATE: Join the EASEL team for their culminating performance, “sURGE in the East” at Crown of Life Church, 11721 Morrison Rd, New Orleans, LA 70128, Saturday, June 4 – doors open at 6pm, show at 6:30pm sharp.
EASEL is a unique project that uses the performing arts to learn about climate change and how it is altering our lives. Over the last two months, EASEL community participants have collaborated with a team of theater artists, scientists, and science educators to co-create this performance to share with the community.
EASEL is organized by A Studio in the Woods, Dillard University, ArtSpot Productions, Tulane ByWater Institute, STEM NOLA, LSU, and SUNY-Buffalo. Learn more about the project at art-sci-ed.org.
