Founded in 1915 and guided by lay Roman Catholics, Canterbury is a college preparatory, coeducational boarding and day school for students in grades 9-12. Living and learning with your peers and teachers in a community is an education in itself. In the dormitories, on the playing fields, and in the dining hall you will meet people from all over the United States and countries around the world. Days at Canterbury are full, but there is time for a game of pick-up lacrosse or a pizza party back at the dorm. On the weekends, you can join friends at a dance on campus, attend movies, shop at the mall, or head off to Boston or New York on school-sponsored trips to museums or the theater.
