Everyday your child gets 2 hours of differentiated/personalized instruction and 2 hours of independent work. Plus add to that an hour of play in my huge backyard or at a nearby community park!
I am a 10-year homeschool teacher and a 19-year regular school teacher, both in the US and abroad. Trust me, I have seen that huge academic and social homeschooling benefits in my own children and in others. It is the best gift you can ever give to your child!

Other activities after the 4-hour one-on-one and independent class work include educational movies for Science and Social Studies. We go on educational trips as well, which we will try to do once every 2 months.
