I usually don't repost garbage like this, but this one is a teachable moment.

This is why non-preppers think preppers are nuts. Not everything is a conspiracy or fraud. Before spreading the latest conspiracy, educate yourself. Do a Google search. Or use one of the AI's like Copilot.

Question:
Why does bird flu affect farm animals more than wild animals?

Answer:
Farm animals like chickens, turkeys, and ducks are often more affected by bird flu due to a combination of factors:

High Density Living Conditions: Domestic poultry are usually kept in large numbers and close quarters, which makes it easier for the virus to spread quickly among them.

Lack of Genetic Diversity: Farmed birds often have less genetic diversity compared to wild populations, which can make them more susceptible to the virus.

It's been far too long since I posted here. I think it's time to bring this page back to life.

I keep seeing this meme posted around Facebook and it makes ne cringe every time. What this meme says is fundamentally true. But what it doesn't say is, that without weapons, this type of community would not exist for very long. It would not survive contact with the first armed group that finds it.

This type of mentality is naïve and dangerous.

**Question**

Ok folks here's my final follow up on my suvie kitchen robot.

I use it every day. I can come home from work and NOT have to worry about what to fix for dinner.

I can go into my gym and work out. The meal is SCHEDULED.

I can load it the night before. It keeps the food refrigerated until time to cook it.

It has two different cooking compartments where it can cook two different things at two different temperatures even starting them at different times and cooking them in different styles.

I can be out in my garage working out and my phone will play a message through my garage speaker telling me dinner is cooking.

From work I can glance at my phone and the robot will tell me the temperature of the chicken breast.

I can simply hold the meal card in front of the robot. It'll know what the meal is and ask when I'd like it.

I give it a 10 out of 10. One of my best investments ever.

My question being:
If I can get affiliation with the suvie robot company for discounts on units/food would any of you be interested?

It is absolutely amazing how the mindset for being prepared for an emergency situation has changed.

No longer is it a laughing matter for most people. The possibility of shortages, pandemics, war, contaminated water or inclement weather is no longer a fictional situation.

As we sit down in the evening and watch the evening news and see all the storms on the west coast, the war in Ukraine, crashing banks and oncoming shortages it makes me happy I'm already a prepper so I can just keep my head down, work and continue my life.

Never lose residence with the fact that you could one day be in a situation like that.

I have on tap:

Two generators
Solar panels
Wind turbine
Three Potable heaters
Three portable AC units
An enclosed trailer wired up for AC/Heat
Extra food
Two hydroponic gardens (I keep the planting staggered so everything doesn't reach harvest at once)

A lot of energy USED to go into convincing people that something COULD happen.
Now the news does that for us.

Be prepared. The more help we send out, the less help we have to send out.

Be prepared to fend for yourself.
