There are a lot of little versions of me in here.

The one who plans.
The one who plays.
The one who overthinks.
The one who panics over three drops of coffee.
The one who offers kindness.
And the one who remembers to breathe.

But the one guarding the coffee may be the most honest.

She represents the part of me that fiercely advocates for and protects the people I support and love—and the part learning to protect my own peace, too.

Because sometimes coffee time isn’t “just coffee.”

It’s a boundary.
A breath.
A place to land.

And yes, Irrational Me still gets a seat at the table. She just doesn’t get to run the meeting. ☕️💜
