My top 3 priorities

Transparency - Parents and the community must be assured that their voice will be heard

Community involvement - Parents and citizens must be included in order to represent the community in which we serve

Bullying/Disciplinary - Effective discipline strategies are essential in addressing and preventing bullying behavior, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all.

Hello everyone! My name is Ericka Boggs and my family and I have been residents of New Lebanon for 10 years. My husband and I have been married for 13 years. I am a mother of 7 children. I have 2 children in the middle school and 3 in the elementary.

I am currently running for school board in the November 2023 election. Having children in the school district pushes me harder to make sure every student succeeds. I am not afraid to voice my opinion and stand up for what I believe is right in making sure our district is going in the right direction. The children of our community deserve the best education we can provide.I am fully invested in our children's education and believe that we as an entire district can do more for our students to not only excel, but be excited to do so.

As a concerned parent I understand that in order to challenge children you must hold their interest. I would like to open more options and more choices, to address all of our students.
