🎉 Afterschool Clubs Update! 🎉

Wow! We have been blown away by the incredible response to our Afterschool Clubs this quarter! Thank you to everyone who registered. 💙

Because of the overwhelming number of registrations, it's taking us a little longer than expected to finalize club rosters. Since placement is first come, first served, we're carefully working through each registration to ensure everyone is placed correctly.

📧 Families will receive an email today or tomorrow, and no later than Friday, letting you know whether your child(ren) have been accepted into a club or placed on the waiting list.

📚 As we kick off an exciting first day of school today, we also want to remind everyone that Afterschool Clubs begin Monday, August 10!

⚠️ Please remember: If you have not received an acceptance email or a waiting list notification, please do not send your child to Afterschool Clubs. This helps us ensure each club stays within its capacity and allows us to provide a safe and organized experience for all students.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we work through all of the registrations. We can't wait to get our clubs started and see all of our students next week! 🌟

📣✨ Just a friendly reminder that this is our LAST week of Clubs for the school year! We have had such a fun and exciting year with our students, and we are so thankful for all of your support. 💙❤️

As we head into the final days of school, please make arrangements for your student’s transportation home next week on the last three days of school. There will be no after school clubs available that week.

Also, don’t forget:
May 19th & May 20th are HALF DAYS
- Dismissal will be at 12:30 PM

We can’t believe the school year is almost over — let’s finish strong! 🎉📚

⚠️ Weather Update ⚠️

Due to expected weather conditions, Madison County Schools will be dismissing early today at 1:00 PM.

All after-school activities are canceled, including all clubs this afternoon.

Please make arrangements for your student’s transportation home following dismissal.
