🗓️MARK YOUR CALENDARS🗓️ Our annual preseason team picnic is Friday Aug. 28th!! This is open to any HS & MS athletes that make the team and is a great opportunity to meet the coaches, booster club, and other families🏐 Flyers will go out to all players with more information after tryouts!

Yes, this year we’re doing a SPOTVB mini thrift store at the picnic🤩
How it works:
- Clean out your closet and donate any old apparel items you don’t want anymore. Make sure to drop them at the table when you walk in. We’ll take anything from any year!
- After dinner, head over to our thrift table and pick out any “new” used items you might want for your closet.
- Used items will be sold for $5 a piece so bring a little cash!!
- All proceeds go towards the girls movie night and pregame meals :)

Our final open gym POTW goes to the Queen, Cora!! Cora is the definition of hard work. All summer she struggled to attend open gyms due to her work schedule but always came afterwords, even if it was just for the 30 min workout!! She’s determined, positive, and a true team player. She’s a quiet servant leader but someone everyone should follow. Thank you for everything Cora!!

A HUGE thank you to these girls & CrossNet Ministries for letting us come and help for the 3rd year in a row!! This year the girls got to help organize clothes for the new clothing ministry. There’s no better feeling than putting in some work for the community🧡

This week was so good we couldn’t just pick one POTW... BOTH Tess & Cam caught our attention in the best way possible. They worked incredibly hard, stayed positive, and always took coaches feedback. These two are a great example of GRIT in the gym everyday and we couldn’t be prouder. Way to work girls, it does not go unnoticed💯

Hi all,

Just a reminder to make sure you register for fall sports by August 10th!! This gives the athletic office a week to review your registration and mark you approved. They approve every registration manually so I recommend completing yours a week ahead of time just in case! You are NOT able to tryout unless your registration is marked approved.

HS Tryout Dates: 8/17 & 8/18

MS Tryout Dates: 8/25 & 8/26

You will also need an updated physical. Physicals must be dated after May 1st, 2026 in order to be approved!!

Better late than never… Open Gym POTW from last week goes to Hailey Zimmerman!! Hailey is a senior this year and did a great job last week of stepping up to the plate. She was asked by coaches to take more of a leadership role and crushed it. Keep up the good work Hailey and your teammates will follow you!! The power of a servant team leader is unstoppable💯

Open Gym POTW goes to incoming 9th grader, Rylynn!! Ry has been COMMITTED to learning her jump serve this summer and Tuesday night she finally did it!! We loved seeing the huge smile on her face and are so proud of her for trusting the process💯 Rylynn is hardworking, kind, and most importantly super coachable. Keep up the good work Ry!! You are unstoppable💪

We are back with our open gym POTW🤩 This week we really want to give a shoutout to Adreah (aka little Horst). If we had to pick one player from last year to this year that has improved the most so far, 100% Adreah! She is focused, coachable, and most importantly working incredibly hard. We are constantly seeing improvements in her ball control, game IQ, and 6 rotation positional play! Keep up the great work Adreah, this is just the beginning for you💪
