Good music + great company = the perfect afternoon 🎤🎶💙
Yesterday we had a blast hanging out with students from yoursouthernstart and CASAS 📚 for karaoke and ‘Name that tune’ in the Esports Lounge, after a nice walk to the garden. From throwback hits to today’s favorites, there were plenty of laughs, singalongs, and friendly competition. ✨

From recognizing the signs to learning simple tools for managing stress, we loved helping students prioritize their well-being. Remember: taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury; it’s essential! 🌿✨
