Anthropology 311 Capstone in Applied Anthropology: Students spent the semester investigating SCSU students' knowledge of the harms from single use plastic and the recycling culture at SCSU.

Their final exam included creating educational materials and designing a resusable water bottle, and then educating the student body.

Today participants spun the famous Anthroplogy Wheel of Human Knowledge to test their knowledge of plastic and then were rewarded with our free custom bottle.
