🌟 Employee Spotlight: Jamie Montanye 🌟

This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Jamie Montanye, one of our dedicated Program Managers!

Jamie’s journey with SmartStart began back in 2011, and after years working in early childhood and after-school education, she found her way back to the SmartStart team. Today, she brings her experience, organization (she says she makes “lists for lists!”), and genuine passion for supporting tutors and students to everything she does.

For Jamie, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing those “aha!” moments when things finally click for a student—and knowing that the tutors she supports are helping make those moments possible.

When she’s not keeping her team organized and motivated, Jamie is all about family, spending time with her husband, their two boys, and the rest of her family—especially out on the water during the warmer months. And this November, she and her husband will celebrate 20 years of marriage! ❤️

We’re so grateful to have Jamie back on the SmartStart team. Get to know more about her journey, what inspires her, and the advice she has for staying organized and making an impact. 💙
