Here's something worth sitting with: 70 million Americans have learning and thinking differences, but only 1 in 3 neurodivergent employees feels well-supported at work. A 2025 national survey found that 77% of adults believe neurodivergent employees feel pressure to "mask" or hide who they are on the job. That's exhausting for employees β€” and it's a real cost to teams and organizations.

The good news? Managers can change this. And SCSU OWLL is here to help.

On June 16, join us for a full-day workshop - Inclusive Leadership: Supporting and Supervising Neurodivergent Employees - led by five SCSU faculty experts. You'll leave with real strategies for strengths-based supervision, meaningful workplace accommodations, and a culture where every team member can thrive.

Companies that get this right see a stronger culture, better teamwork, and higher well-being across the board. It starts with better-informed managers.

What if your AI could do more than answer questions?

That's the promise of Agentic AI - systems that reason, plan, and take independent action on your behalf. Instead of simply generating text, these AI agents can manage workflows, conduct research, and complete complex multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention.

And now you can learn to build them.

OWLL's Agentic AI Developer Bootcamp (July 7 – August 6, 2026) is a live, online program where you'll gain hands-on experience with the most powerful AI platforms on the market: OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel, Cursor, and more.

You'll graduate with real projects in your portfolio and skills that put you ahead of the curve.

Here's what past students had to say:

πŸ’¬ "This class challenged me by creating a project that connects to my professional dream job. It built my confidence in creating and building."

πŸ’¬ "I will be using AI for the rest of my life, and this was a great start."

πŸ’¬ "I plan to publish and monetize my finished product."
