We share with the students that they are surrounded by a community of people who believe in them, support them, and want the very best for them. As we affirm daily in our Honor Code, our students are called to use their unique gifts and talents to make their families, school, and community places of peace and justice. Together, we learn and grow side by side, supporting one another academically, spiritually, and personally, knowing that our success is shared.

7th grade students worked in pairs to research a Revolutionary War battle and to create monuments to help them understand the causes and effects of the war and the battles themselves, and understand how war was fought.

On Memorial Day, we offer this Prayer for the Fallen:

Gracious God, On this Memorial Day, we pray for those who courageously laid down their lives for the cause of freedom. May the examples of their sacrifice inspire in us the selfless love of Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. Bless the families of our fallen troops, and fill their homes and their lives with Your strength and peace. In union with people of goodwill of every nation, embolden us to answer the call to work for peace and justice, and thus, seek an end to violence and conflict around the globe.
