We invite you to a conversation with Brazilian ballerina, activist, entrepreneur, and writer Ingrid Silva. She is one of the world's leading voices in ballet nowadays. Ingrid Silva will share her inspiring journey from growing up in a community in Rio de Janeiro to becoming a principal dancer at the Dance Theatre of Harlem and one of the most powerful women in Brazil, according to Forbes. Her talk will also include a brief ballet workshop open to everyone. No previous dance experience is required, everyone is welcome.
