,

Atentamente,
Rdo. Edwin Pérez Jr.

Busy ≠ Purposeful

Don't mistake "busy" for "purposeful." 🙏🏽

We often fill our days with non-stop activity, mistaking a packed schedule for a meaningful life. Spiritual care is about pausing to align your energy with your values.

The Pro Tip: This week, schedule a "Kairos Moment"—a sacred, intentional pause lasting just 5 minutes. Use it to simply breathe, reflect on what truly matters, and release one thing that feels draining.

The result? Less frantic rushing, and more grounded direction.
