*🇺🇸 F-1 Students Officially Exempt from the $100K H-1B Fee*

USCIS has confirmed that the new $100,000 H-1B entry fee *does NOT apply to F-1 students* already in the U.S. changing their status to H-1B.

✅ What This Means
• If you’re currently on OPT or STEM OPT and filing a Change of Status (COS) inside the U.S., you’re exempt from the $100K fee.

• The $100K fee applies mainly to new H-1B petitions for beneficiaries outside the U.S.
