St. John’s Nursery School Employment Opportunities

St. John’s Nursery School is seeking caring, dependable teachers and teacher assistants to join its warm and nurturing early childhood environment. This is a special opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children while supporting their growth, learning, and development.

Teacher applicants must have a two-year degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field, or a CDA credential, along with one year of experience caring for children. Teacher assistant applicants need a high school diploma and one year of experience caring for children. Teacher assistant positions are especially well suited for college students, moms of older students, retirees, or anyone seeking a fulfilling part-time position.

Our 3-year-old classes had a great end to the school year! From picnics, parachutes, sailboats, and tie-dye to sunshine, smiles, and ice cream sundaes; we are so proud of each of our little students! This week we celebrated their wonderful growth and accomplishments with our Moving-Up Ceremonies; complete with songs, certificates, poems, and lots of hugs! What an exciting week! Happy Summer from the 3-year-old classes!

We were honored to host our Super Kids Walk today to raise funds for Hope in Action. We were so proud of all our little super heroes as they walked, sang, and helped children battling cancer.
