So proud of these RSU 16 singers! Max, Cayden, and Scarlett made us proud as they participated in the 2026 MMEA All State SATB Choir. The program they saying was so powerful, they received two standing ovations! We are grateful to have the support for our music program that allows us to provide opportunities like this for students like these. They work so hard to develop their skills. Hard to believe this was the last one for Cayden and Max, but we are so excited for what they will accomplish beyond their time at PRHS. Well done, you three! Thanks for representing your school, district, and yourselves so well!

ONE HOUR LEFT!!! Our students are bundling up in lots of layers in the hopes, they can encourage more people to come see the great mattresses on display in the middle school gym. Thanks to everyone who has already visited, please make sure you stop by if you haven't already! The mattress sale goes until 4 PM.

✨TODAY ONLY✨ It's here!!! Our annual mattress sale for Indoor Track and Music! We are serious about these deals, can you tell? It's only an hour in and many local friends have walked away happily with purchase slips for the mattress of their dreams!

Come see us tomorrow! Here's why:
- someone you know probably needs a new mattress
- you (or they) will pay less for it here, but get the SAME PRODUCT as in a retail store
- all mattresses are custom-made to order and delivered... no need to haul it yourself!
- every sale contributes proceeds to Indoor Track and/or the Music programs-- you decide!
- the salespeople with CFS are super friendly and helpful, WITHOUT pressuring you to make a purchase or upselling you
- we play great tunes and it's a wonderful way to gather the community

So grateful to our friends in the community who welcome and support music, and all the folks spreading holiday cheer through their good work. I couldn't be prouder or more grateful to teach these students or work in this community!

A "Feels Like" temperature of 4 degrees, whipping winds, and a quickly-setting sun didn't keep us from enjoying our second annual "Light the Farm" event at -- but it DID keep Mrs. Edwards from getting more pictures of the festivities! Super grateful to alumna for inviting us back and providing tasty s'mores to these hardy singers. And it was such a joy to see Ms. Karaffa, Mrs. Meader, Mr. Littlefield, and some beloved alumni out at the farm to share the cheer! We love our communities and we love this time of year 🤍🤍🤍

MVP award goes to Mr. Hawley for going out of his way to drive us tonight and for keeping the bus warm and ready for chilly noses and toes!

Our crew was small but mighty this year at All State auditions! We are so grateful to all of the folks who put their time and effort into creating these opportunities for our students, and for the awesome students who ALWAYS represent RSU16 with pride and class.

PRHS small ensembles had a BLAST performing for our elementary schools on Monday! The audiences were perfect-- such good listeners and so engaged! You can tell they've got great teachers in Mr. Orlando and Ms. Jenkins, and that their classroom teachers support these events with their planning. We are beyond fortunate to make music in this district and proud of our high schoolers for sharing their joy through performance!
