What is the single biggest risk you have taken in the last one year that changed your game completely?

Growth rarely comes from always playing safe.

It comes from stepping out of your comfort zone, accepting responsibility, facing challenges and doing something that pushes you beyond the familiar.

In the Armed Forces—and in life—your experiences shape you more than your claims do.

So, tell me about that one meaningful risk. What did you do, and what changed?

👇 Put it in the comments. The most interesting answer stands a chance to win a FREE Mock Interview!

What is the interviewer really looking for when he asks you this question?

A seemingly simple question can reveal much more than you think.

In the Personal Interview, it is not just what you answer — it is how you think, how you respond, and what your answer reveals about you.

🎯 Understand the question.
🎯 Understand yourself.
🎯 Answer naturally.
