🦁 Attendance Matters! 💚💛

Every day at school gives our Lions another opportunity to learn, grow, build friendships, and succeed! We’re excited to make attendance fun this year with classroom incentives that celebrate students for showing up and being ready to learn. 🎉

We also know that sometimes families face challenges that can make getting to school difficult. Our Communities In Schools Site Coordinator, Megan Sue, is here to help! If your family needs resources or support to help your child attend school regularly, please reach out. We’re here to partner with you!

Check out the flyer below to learn more about why attendance matters, our classroom incentives, and how CIS can help.

Every day counts. Every Lion matters. 🦁💚💛

🦁💚 A BIG Lion thank you to the Lubbock Lions Club! 💛🦁

We are incredibly grateful to the Lubbock Lions Club for their generous $919.50 donation to New Deal Elementary Communities In Schools! Their generosity will help CIS continue providing resources and support to our students and families when they need it most.

We are so thankful for community partners who believe in our students and are willing to invest in their success. Your kindness and support mean so much to our New Deal Elementary family!

Thank you, Lubbock Lions Club, for giving back and helping our little Lions thrive! 💚💛
