An amazing chapter recently came to an end & I finally have time to reflect on what a journey it was.
•
As players & parents thank you for all you have done for them, you realize that being a “soccer coach” wasn’t what this adventure really was about.
•
You start to realize that impacting those kids in a positive and exemplary way, believing in them, caring about them, and being passionate about life is what they are thanking you for…
•
I feel so lucky to say that I love deeply what I get to do everyday and sneakily hoping that in 20 years; those kids will remember those little moments… (apart from the half-time rants and too many F*Bombs…)

Treat your body like a bank account! What does that mean?

It means that every time you train, lift, or play a game, you spend "money". Would you spend money if your bank account had $0 in it? Probably not...

So what can you do to "put money back" in your account? That is what I am talking about in this video.
