This past week I had the tremendous honor of participating in the 2024 World Entrepreneurs Investment Forum (WEIF) in Bahrain, organized by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) ITPO Bahrain.

This event was epic and world changing. It brought together people from 84 countries and provided a platform for visionary leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors to connect and exchange, and to create greater impact together in achieving the SDGs.

I had the opportunity to speak on a panel on Disruption and Innovation: Entrepreneurs as the Pioneers of the Digital Frontier. It was an honor beyond words to stand on this stage and contribute to this important conversation.

I am bursting with inspiration and possibilities, ready to move into action! Of my many takeaways, two are in the forefront of my mind:
✅ Our ability to collaborate effectively across all sectors and build effective ecosystems is absolutely critical for our collective success in achieving the SDGs.
✅ Entrepreneurship can not only be a path to personal success, but a bridge to transform society.
✅ Progress is possible – I was utterly blown away by the caliber of young entrepreneurs I met and the significant level of female leadership and participation. The investments we have been making over the years to build capacity and create important shifts in our world are working. We must keep going and keep believing!

We are excited to announce Converge 2023, which is a series of co-created transformation and architecture events across Australia in October 2023 with S2E Founder and global thought leaders Whynde Kuehn.

Thanks to the passion and hard work of many people, a series of more than 30 events are planned across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth from 9 October to 2 November.

These events are is about building capacity, community, and new collaborations across Australia and connecting back to the broader global community. Architecting Strategy Ex*****on helps leaders formulate, execute, and align strategy. Many of us know firsthand that organizations are challenged in many ways to execute strategy and Penn State has a unique twist to turn that around by introducing a holistic approach leveraging the business architecture of an organization to produce the shared understanding needed to align strategic objectives and tactical initiatives.

This program is valuable for executives who are responsible for strategy or transformation, strategic planners, business architects, and leadership teams looking for effective methods to collaborate on cross-organizational strategy implementation.

One year ago today, the eBook version of Strategy to Reality was launched!

What an incredible journey this has been so far. It has been so exciting to see people putting the ideas into practice to enhance their careers and the way their organizations work.

As the book says, there is a secret of business architecture. And that is: it is not really about the business architecture. What bonds us together worldwide -- as leaders, as change makers, as architects -- is a new vision for cohesive end-to-end strategy to ex*****on and new ways of working and thinking in our organizations and business ecosystems.
