New Castle Arts Academy Charter School New Castle Arts Academy CS is a proposed K-8 Charter School offering a unique Arts-Integrated Curriculum and World-Language Program to all student.

The Charter School has a very simple focus and that is to integrate the arts and offer world language to all students. By thoughtfully developing a culture that will integrate the creative and performing arts into all aspects of the school environment, students and teachers will engage and master academics through higher level thinking, creativity and critical thinking. By offering world language

to every student, teachers and students will be exposed to different cultures to expand their world and to develop skills that will make each student marketable for post-secondary education and the workforce. The faculty will prepare students for an active role in life and society. High expectations, equity, inclusiveness and the building of social skills are key features of the Charter School. The Charter School believes that essential to effective learning is a safe, supportive and disciplined environment that respects the following rights:
• The rights of all students to learn
• The rights of teachers to teach
• The rights of all to be safe
