Calling Local Businesses in Beaver & Lawrence Counties!
New Horizon School and New Horizon North are looking for local businesses and community partners interested in helping our students build real-world vocational and job skills!
We are looking to develop partnerships with businesses throughout Beaver County and Lawrence County that would be willing to provide our students with opportunities to experience the workplace, learn about different careers, and practice skills that will help prepare them for employment and life after high school.
Opportunities could include business tours, job shadowing, hands-on vocational experiences, workplace skill development, volunteer experiences, or other community-based learning opportunities. Partnerships can be flexible and designed around what works best for your business.
Our students have a wide variety of strengths, interests, abilities, and career goals, so we would love to connect with businesses in all types of industries, including restaurants, retail, automotive, construction/trades, landscaping, animal care, offices, manufacturing, warehouses, hospitality, health care, recreation, and more.
Our goal is simple: give students meaningful, real-world experiences while building strong partnerships within our local communities.
