In this season I choose to focus on eating healthy and less quantity.

I am simply detoxing

Athlete: Can I drink alcohol?
Coach: Yes yes you can
Athlete: Can I smoke?
Coach: Yes yes you can
Athlete: Can I party with my friends and reveal myself?
Coach: Of course you can!!
Athlete: Can I get high??
Coach: Because of your position you can
Athlete: So what can I do???
Coach: What you can't do is expect to have the physical condition and skills for a competition without sacrificing everything you mentioned earlier.

Everything is permissible, but not everything is convenient.

You decide what to sacrifice for your next competition, for your life.
You decide what is more important, your wishes or your dreams.
You decide how far to go, whether it is up or down, that is your responsibility.
