Today was Teacher In-Service Day at SOGELC, and before we prepare children for a new school year, we believe in taking time to prepare our team. 💜💚🧡

We spent the day in fellowship, encouraging one another, strengthening our team, resetting our minds, and preparing our classrooms for all of the little ones who will walk through our doors on Monday, some brand new to the Seeds family and others taking the exciting next step into a new classroom. 🌱📚✨

Because beautiful classrooms are important, curriculum is important, and preparation is important… but a strong team with a renewed mindset makes all the difference.

This year, we’re choosing to IGNITE. 🔥
To rediscover our passion.
To encourage one another.
To remember our purpose.
And to keep adding fuel to the fire, even when the school year gets challenging.

We’re walking into the 2026–2027 school year refreshed, prepared, connected, and ready to pour into every child God has entrusted to our care. 🤍

The fire is burning. The classrooms are ready. The team is ready.

☀️💜 And just like that… summer at SOGELC has come to an end! 💚🧡

We couldn’t let summer go without one BIG celebration! 🎉 Our End of Summer Bash was filled with sidewalk chalk, tattoos, bounce house fun, soccer, dance parties, BBQ, lots of laughter, and even more memories! 🌭⚽️🎨💃🏽🏰

This time of year is always a little bittersweet. 🥹 We celebrated so many of our students moving up to their new classrooms, and we said goodbye to our amazing preschoolers as they head off to KINDERGARTEN! 🎓🍎 Watching the children we’ve loved, taught, nurtured, and watched grow take their next big step is one of the greatest privileges of what we do.

To our kindergarten-bound kiddos: go shine your light! ✨ We know you’re going to do AMAZING things, and you’ll always be part of the Seeds family. 💜

And to all of our little ones moving up… a brand-new adventure is waiting for you! 🌱

Summer, you were GOOD to us. ☀️ Now we’re ready for new classrooms, new milestones, new memories, and a brand-new school year!
