New Year’s Misogi training!

During practice give attention to the action
in the knees:

Bend to absorb/neutralize impact.
Drop to unbalance.
Spring up/forward to expand.
Coil down to store energy from the
ground and feet.
Open and extend to transfer energy
toward the center.
Sink to relax and yield.
Shift to redirect.

Notice the quality in the activity of the knees.
