WOW!! If you didn't know, the McCleary PTA is a proud supporter of the McCleary Kindness Club!

We want to thank Theresa Richardson and the 2025-2026 Kindness Crew for all of the thank you cards that were created for the PTA and made with love! ❤️

Last school year, the PTA made a donation to the Kindness Club's "Donor's Choose" Project. With this donation, the Kindness Club was able to make cold weather kits for local senior residents, compliment & gratitude cards for their loved ones and created kindness rocks to help spread kindness across our school community.

We are so grateful to have Ms. Richardson be part of our school by helping shape the lives of our students & the community as a whole, through acts of kindness.

Our 1st PTA meeting of the year was a success! Thank you to everyone who came out and shared their opinions & ideas with the group. It takes a village to keep our PTA up and running and your participation means more to us than you know!

We would also like to congratulate our two $50 visa gift card winners- Brittany Bryant & Logan Peters! Thank you to all who entered our drawing and vowed to become a member of the PTA at back to school night!

We've got some exciting things planned for this year and we hope that you will consider joining and following along with what's happening!

Our NEXT PTA meeting will be Tuesday September 29th at 5:30 PM in the McCleary Elementary School library. Can't be there in person? We are now offering a virtual option through Google Meet. A link to join will be provided closer to our meeting day.

Want to support the PTA and your child's House?
Here's your chance!

Every parent who joins the PTA by September 1 will earn 25 points for their child's House. Multiple children in different Houses? No problem. EACH student earns those points! Multiple children in the same House? Then their House gets lots of points, because each student still gets all the points!

But wait, there's more! If you attend a PTA meeting, please be sure to sign in, list your child's name, and their House. Each child whose parent attends a PTA meeting this year will earn 50 points! That's right. 50 points just for showing up and supporting the PTA by voicing your opinion and giving your input.

The first meeting is Tuesday, August 25 at 5:30 in the school library. Hope to see you there!
