St. Peter School - New Castle

Good morning, St. Peter Families,

Again this year we are competing in the Great Schools Clean Streams competition sponsored by New Castle County. We have won the competition for the last several years, winning a yearly cash prize of $1,250 for school supplies.

Everyone over the age of 18 can sign a simple online pledge to become a “Clean Stream Champion” and do their part to keep pollution out of New Castle County waterways. When you take the pledge, you assign it to the school of your choice. The schools that collect the most pledges in their size category win cash prizes!

Join us as we march in the Separation Day Parade on Saturday, June 13. Line up starts at 10 a.m. on Chestnut Street, which is behind the lower school ball field and marsh. The parade starts at 11 a.m. Wear your St. Peter clothes! Questions? Ask Mr. Z.

Don't forget the 8th-grade car wash on Sunday, May 3, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. While you are getting your car washed, enjoy some treats prepared by our 8th-grade moms! Mr. Z.

Reminder-tomorrow day or night, dine in or take out at one of the 3 Cafe Napoli locations and a percentage will go to St Peters!!

This Wednesday, Feb 18th, ALL 3 Cafe Napoli locations are having a fundraiser for St. Peter's. You can dine in or take out--lunch or dinner!! As long as you mention St. Peter's school, they will give us a percentage of the sale! Can't figure out what to have for dinner, since it's Ash Wednesday? Cafe Napoli offers plenty of non-meat selections!! Please comment if you need further information or have any questions! 🍝🍤

Friday night is Family Bingo Night. Doors open at 5:30. Bingo starts at 6 until 8. Bring you own snacks and drinks. No cover charge and cards are 25 cents a piece. Come out and have fun with us!

Don’t forget this Wednesday is Barnes and Noble and California Pizza Kitchen Night for St. Peter’s!!!
