Our 5th-grade scholars are setting the tone for an incredible school year! From the moment they stepped into the classroom, they came prepared to listen, engage, think, and LEARN!
As leaders in the elementary grades, our fifth graders are showing that they understand the assignment—stay focused, work hard, ask questions, and give your best!
We’re excited to watch them grow academically, build confidence, and prepare for the next chapter of their journey.

The 2026–2027 school year kicked off with smiles, laughter, learning, and connection as the CSNC staff came together to prepare for an incredible year ahead!
This year, we’re embracing our theme, “Purpose in Action,” as we challenge ourselves to move beyond simply knowing our purpose—to LIVE it, LEAD with it, and put it into ACTION every single day.
Our classrooms are ready. Our staff is energized. Our scholars are back. And we’re excited for all that this year will bring!

💙💛 WELCOME BACK, CSNC FAMILY! 💛💙

Today, the Charter School of New Castle opened its doors for our 2026–2027 Open House, and what an incredible day it was! 🎉🐆

Our halls were filled with smiling faces, warm hugs, excited scholars, and families ready for a brand-new year. From meeting teachers and reconnecting with staff to touring classrooms, picking up uniforms, and preparing for the first day of school, the energy throughout CSNC was AMAZING!

There is something special about seeing our school community come back together. Today was more than an Open House—it was the beginning of another year filled with purpose, joy, growth, and success! ✨

To every parent, guardian, scholar, teacher, and staff member who joined us today: THANK YOU! We are grateful that you are part of the CSNC family, and we cannot wait to see what this year holds.
